Often we view giving and the church much like we view taxes and the government: the church "charges" a tithe and "all they want is my money." The attitude assumes that our resources are ours, our giving is to the church rather than to God, and that the cost of giving outweighs the benefits of giving. This is why most people don't plan their giving, don't give a percentage of their income and seldom let giving receive a second thought. None of these statements are true, and none of these attitudes are biblical. When we begin to see the offering not as something that is taken, but something that is given, we move from being reluctant givers to faithful stewards. What does it mean to use our earthly riches and possessions for God's glory, and what does God say about our responsibility - and reward - beyond this life based on how we steward what He has entrusted to us? Join us for our newest teaching series that starts November 26th!
Join us for Worship On Wednesdays for food, fun and fellowship. We have a meal at 6:00 ($4 for adults and $3 for kids) followed by an Adult Bible Study at 6:45. Zeal Youth and Deep Blue Kids Club both start at 6:30.
Santa is coming to CWC this year and we want you to join us! Join us on Saturday, December 9th from 2-4 PM!

We want to love God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. Love our neighbors as ourselves and be the unified body of Christ. By the grace of God we, as flawed and imperfect people, will do the best we can at these tasks. Christ Wesleyan Church exists to embrace and encourage all who want to put the past aside and pursue with abandon the incredible love of Christ. We welcome you into our family and look forward to leading you to the relationships with God and others you long to find. So… if you ask anyone who attends CWC, they will simply say “we are not just doing church here, but we are doing life together at Christ Wesleyan Church.” The church is made up of real people living in a real world who serve a real God and we invite you to join us in our pursuit to love God and to love people to Him. CWC is Christ-centered, people-loving, joy-filled, hope-giving, and our vision is the pursuit of helping people find God, follow Christ, and be free to dream! We are not different for the sake of being different – we are different to hopefully make a difference in the lives of people. Come and experience the difference of CWC!
